Message from the President

The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development is a shared imperative for all humanity. Siam University is committed to advancing the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), earning global rankings of 54th in 2025 and 49th in 2026 in the UI GreenMetric (UIGM) World University Rankings. Our sustainability initiatives have received national and international recognition, including the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration’s 2025 Outstanding Award for our green space project in Phasi Charoen District. At the 2026 International Green Gown Awards (IGGA), our projects received two category wins (in the Benefitting Society and Creating Impact categories), one Highly Commended distinction (in the Next Generation Learning and Skills category), and one finalist recognition (in the Student Engagement category). Our student teams also won the Central Region Championship and National First Prize in the Early Stage League at the Enactus Thailand National Exposition 2026. Furthermore, the establishment of Yunus Social Business Centre (YSBC) Siam advances our vision of the Three Zeros: zero net carbon emissions, zero poverty, and zero unemployment. In addition, Siam University is also honored to be selected as President of the Sustainable University Network (SUN) of Thailand and to contribute to establishing the Southeast Asian Chapter of the International Sustainable Campus Network (ISCN SEA Chapter).

These achievements reflect our ongoing commitment to translating the SDGs into meaningful action through education, innovation, and collaboration. We hope this report highlights our dedication to building a more sustainable future for humanity and our shared world.
